10 FOODS MADE IN CHINA YOU MUST AVOID (Filled With Pesticides, Plastic and Cancer Causing Chemicals)

I was recently reading an article on AltHealthWorks.com about fake rice production in China. White rice

It’s made of plastic, believe it or not, and nobody is doing anything about it. Of course, as a health advocate and researcher of food and how food is processed, I thought to myself that this was going too far.

Plastic rice? Ingesting small amounts of plastic is terrible for your digestive system and hormones. BPA (a chemical) in plastics mimics estrogen, and when BPA is ingested, this hormone spikes in the body. Eating plastic rice will make you want to die of breast cancer.
I’ve always been wary of Chinese food after hearing such crazy things from China every now and then. Not only is food being shipped from the other side of the world (think of what can happen during that time, poisoning and contamination), but beyond that, consider what some Chinese companies are doing to food. Fake it and make it as cheap as possible. It is extremely dangerous that China is taking the innovative methods it uses to make cheap tech products, toys and other consumer goods, and applying this thinking to food.

  1. TILAPIA FISH:
Tilapia is commonly used in aquaculture in China. These fish are some of the worst, most poisonous and unhealthy fish you will ever come across. Tilapia fish will eat anything, like bottom-fed fish, the fish farm is a small sewage pond where the fish live. It’s one of the worst fish you can buy, and seafood farmers in China are known to have it. They don’t even let their children eat the seafood they farm. That should tell you something! 80% of tilapia in America comes from China.
  2. SALAM FISH:
Cod is another type of fish cultivated in China. This fish is not healthy and lives on its own waste. Currently, more than 50 percent of American cod comes from China.
  3. CHINESE APPLE JUICE:
Believe it or not, about 50% of the apple juice sold in the US comes from China. China is the world’s largest producer of pesticides and has not yet begun to deal with pesticide and chemical residues in food. I recommend avoiding apple juice completely for myself and my children. Fruit juices are too rich in sugar, so it’s best to mix them with vegetable juices to keep your blood sugar in check.
