In addition, for some days of the week you can also opt for the soup made as in the monastery. And this can help you lose weight. Remember that to lose unwanted pounds, you need a healthy diet. Low-calorie diets, such as the Danish diet, help for a while, after which the yo-yo effect occurs. This means that once the diet is over, you will return to your unhealthy eating habits. Of course, it also depends on the body. Corina Caragea, for example, lost weight after isolation caused by the pandemic with a personalized regimen. Therefore, within an 8-hour interval she was allowed to eat healthy, after which she consumed nothing for 16 hours.
