1. Provincial Palace Hotel
In a party atmosphere, you will taste various combinations of flavors at the Consolare Restaurant brunch, which will be held from 11:00 to 16:00and in which participants will be received with a Alcoholic Easter welcome shot. The menu conceived by executive chef Víctor Torres will consist of sliders on brioche bread to choose between turkey and coleslaw; pastrami, mustard, Swiss cheese and pickles; or salmon, cream cheese, capers; all accompanied by french fries.
Alternatives to the main dishes will be salmon fillet with pumpkin puree and avocado cream sauce; and brick rice with shellfish, prawns, dorado, mussels and squid.

2. Hotel El Convento
will take place of from 11:00 to 15:00 in the Patio del Níspero, where participants will be received with a welcome glass of mimosa and fine cold cuts such as cheeses, hams and fruit.
A waffle station will follow, which can be accompanied by berry compote, caramelized apples, Nutella, marshmallows, bacon and sausage. There will also be an omelette station with a variety of ingredients to choose from such as onion, pepper, tomato, mushroom, spinach, ham, local sausage, bacon and a variety of cheeses.

3. Restaurant 1919
For this day, chef Juan José Cuevas will prepare in 1919 an exquisite fixed price menu with several stations and a selection of main dishes à la carte.
To kick off the elegant brunch, a juice station will be proposed, such as carrots, ginger and organic citrus fruits; cucumber, mint, celery and apple; and carrot, beetroot, pomegranate, ginger and mint. Followed by a raw bar will serve a shrimp cocktail; 5-minute made-to-order ceviche with leche de tigre, turbot, pickled red onion and roasted green tomatillo vinaigrette; and east coast oysters with traditional garnish.
The 1919 brunch will be available from 11:00 to 16:00.

4. Wave Bistrot oceanfront
Here the brunch will have a coffee station with live bartenders and seven stations that combine tropical and international flavors for the enjoyment of every diner.
Three stations will prepare and serve tasty alternatives live such as salmon with breaded popcorn and pork loin with tomato and asparagus marinade. In addition, diners can create their tortillas with a wide choice of ingredients or their pasta dish with sauces of their choice on the spot: coriander pesto, parmesan béchamel and tomato sauce; and meats such as chicken breast, beef, pork ragout and shrimp.
Hours are from 11:00 to 17:00.
5. STK San Juan
During the days April 15-17, STK San Juan will add a handful of fish and shellfish dishes to its menu, which nicely complement its renowned selection of meats. Some of the delicacies of the restaurant’s seven seas will be the seafood dish; Tuna tartar; pickled shrimp cocktail with jalapeno; and miso glazed Chilean sea bass, among others.
6. The loft on the beach
The first of four stations will serve cold appetizers like cucumber, tomato and feta salad with fresh cucumber and crispy prosciutto flakes, garnished with balsamic guava vinaigrette; caprese salad of barley pasta with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella bites, basil pesto and raspberry balsamic reduction; smoked seafood salad with shrimp, mussels, squid, scallops, pickled vinaigrette and fresh coriander; salad with mixed local lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, red onions, carrots, cucumbers, local cheese and soursop dressing; and roasted asparagus with egg and bacon during from 11:00 to 16:00
The proposal for the Social Easter Brunch – from 11:00 to 16: 00- Start with a cold food station that includes organic açai yogurt, chocolate crumbs, toasted candied bananas, mixed greens, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, mint, basil, candied pecans, balsamic honey vinaigrette, and charcuterie and cheese platters. It continues with an omelette station where it is possible to select ingredients such as: peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese, tomatoes, ham, chorizo, spinach and bacon.
