They say that all housewives should learn to cook beef borsch with vegetables, like in the country. It is not difficult to prepare, but beef or veal takes longer to cook.
Beef is considered the healthiest red meat due to its high content of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Beef borscht with vegetable ingredients for 4 servings
Preparation time: 20 min
Boiling time: 1 hour and a half
- 400 g of beef (brisket, brisket)
- 2 carrots of a suitable size
- small celery
- 2-3 onions
- 1 handful of green beans
- a courgette
- 2 potatoes
- a quarter of cabbage
- Borsch of 400 ml
- 100 g of tomatoes in broth
- 100 ml of oil
- 1 Leustea connection
- salt
Method of preparation
Boil the washed, peeled and cut vegetables in oil. Add 2 liters of the water in which the meat was boiled, blanched, washed and cut into pieces.
Mix the vegetables with the precooked beef, boil at the right fire and, if necessary, remove the foam from time to time.
The moment you see that the meat is soft and tender enough, it means that it is well done. Add the borsch. Season with salt and add the chopped leustean leaves. If you like, you can add a tablespoon of cream.
