Ingrediants:

  • 250 grams of spaghetti (whatever you prefer)
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tablespoon of cilantro
  • sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Spring onion
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Ginger
  • Chinese cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • Soy sauce
  • salt
  • Preparation:

    1. Boil the water in a saucepan and pour the spaghetti into it up to the tooth. Drain and reserve.
    2. Cut the carrots into strips, do the same with the Chinese cabbage and the white onion.
    3. Finely chop the onion.
    4. Cut or crush the garlic cloves.
    5. In a wok, sauté the vegetables with the sesame oil.
    6. After a few seconds, pour a sprinkle of soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
    7. Add the peanut and sauté a little more. Remove and reserve.
    8. in the same wok, fry the garlic with ginger and balsamic vinegar.
    9. Add the rest of the ingredients we prepared earlier and mix with chopsticks.
    10. Put the set to the point of salt and the spices you want to incorporate.
