Ingredients:
– 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped;
– a celery, cut into pieces;
– 2 chopped white onions;
– 3 diced carrots;
– 1 green pepper, cut into slices;
– 2-3 crushed cloves of garlic;
– 1 liter of water;
– 1 box of tomatoes;
– a teaspoon of oregano;
– a teaspoon of basil;
– a teaspoon of red pepper flakes;
– pepper and salt to taste.

1. Heat some olive oil in a pan, then add the celery, onion, peppers and carrots to the pan. Leave the vegetables on the stove until tender, then add the garlic.
2. Add everything to the water, then add the cabbage and tomatoes. Turn on the heat and wait for the soup to boil, then lower the heat and leave it until the cabbage has penetrated.
3. At the end add oregano, basil, chilli flakes and spices to taste (don’t overdo it with salt, however).
