1 pack of Spaghetti pasta
1 pc Milanesa chicken, diced
1 cup of Manchego cheese, grated
For the sauce:
1 pc Onion, filleted
1 pc Garlic, chopped
3 pieces Tomato, chopped
1 cup of tomato puree
1 pc Branch of basil
c / s Oil, salt and pepper
1.For the pasta, put salt and spaghetti in a saucepan with boiling water, cook until perfectly cooked and obtain the desired consistency.
2.For the chicken, season the chicken, cook in a pan with hot oil until golden brown and cook perfectly.
3.For the sauce, in a saucepan with hot oil, fry the onion and garlic, add the tomato and cook until the juices are released. Pour in the tomato puree and basil and cook until boiling. Put in the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
4.In a bowl put the pasta, chicken, sauce and cheese, mix until integrated, pour the mixture into a mold and cook in the microwave until the cheese has melted, let it rest and unmold .
5.For the assembly, serve the pasta cake and, if desired, accompany it with salad, to taste.
