Spinach, carrot and apple salad
PreparationProcedure: place the spinach leaves on the base, garnish with the peeled and sliced apple, the diced carrot and the pistachios. Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Water above.
Pork fillet baked with garlic and parsley.
