HOW TO MAKE THE PASTA WITH SHRIMP IN MILK CREAM?
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE A PASTA WITH SHRIMP IN MILK CREAM:
Recipe for 4 people:
-175 g of pasta
-250 g Shrimp bald
-250 milliliters of milk cream
-500 milliliters of water
-1 medium white onion
-2 cloves of garlic
PREPARATION OF THE PASTA WITH SHRIMP IN MILK CREAM:
1.In a pot, bring the water to a boil, cover the pot so that the water heats up faster.
2.When the water boils, add the pasta and a pinch of salt.
3. Leave to cook for about 7 minutes. Filter the pasta.

SHRIMPS IN MILK CREAM:
4. In a very hot pan, add a little butter, brown the onion and the previously chopped garlic.
5. After 2 minutes, add the prawns and saute until golden brown on both sides.
6. Add the milk cream, season with salt and pepper. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
7. When we see that the preparation is homogeneous, we add it, distributing it so that it surrounds all the dough.
8. Add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
